Doreens indoor cycling journey started almost 10 years ago.

She immediately fell in love with the loud music and the fulfilling feeling of pushing through some hard intervalls!
After countless hours on the indoor bike, she was drawn to the streets. Only one year later she was able to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship and win a few triathlon races.
She immediately understood - indoor cycling is not only fun, but also super effective!
Doreen noticed that indoor cycling is more than another group fitness class on the gym schedule. It can be a exiting party on a bike after a long day at work, as well as an effective workout for ambitious athletes - or even a mix of both. Since 2017 she has been a master trainer for Stages Cycling and since 2019 Education Manger in Germany.
